Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance: Employees are covered by a death benefit and an additional accidental death benefit.
403(b) Retirement Plan: Full time employees can participate in the program after one year of service.
Supplementary Insurance Benefit Program: This is a portable plan and can
be personalized to meet individual and family needs.
Personal Time: All full time employees earn 3 days per year.
Vacation Time: All full time employees start with 10 days per year.
Holidays: All full time employees have 8 paid holidays per year.
Sick Time: All full time employees earn 10 days per year.
Mountain Manor is a residential substance abuse treatment center for adolescents and young adults experiencing complex emotional problems in addition to their substance abuse issues. We are located on Frederick avenue in West Baltimore with easy access to I-95 and I-695.
Counselor Technicians -- FT and PT
The primary function of the Counselor Technician is to provide a safe and therapeutic environment for the patient population, to ensure that the patients are properly supervised at all times and to assist the counselors in achieving each patient’s individual treatment goals. Counselor Technicians are afforded the opportunity to participate in many clinical training sessions that contribute to their effectiveness with the patient population.
Substance Abuse Counselor -- FT
The overall responsibility of the Outpatient Adolescent Counselor is to provide the
delivery of effective clinical services to chemically dependent and dually diagnosed
adolescents and to assure continuity of care through appropriate assessment, treatment
planning, and referral.
