

Mountain Manor Adult Outpatient Treatment Programs provide a comprehensive substance abuse treatment services continuum which includes assessment, education, prevention, treatment, and continuing care to meet the individualized needs of the adult patient and his/her family members. All programs offer individual, group and family counseling, relapse prevention, court referrals, addiction education, and drug testing. The Frederick Avenue and Westminster sites offer Medication Assisted Therapy in our specialized Opioid Treatment programs. All programs offer dual diagnosis treatment for those individuals with co-occurring disorders.
An Early Intervention Program that includes a DWI Education and Treatment program certified by the State of Maryland and approved by the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration is offered at several locations.
Services at all Adult Outpatient sites include:
· Assessment and Intake
· Referrals to inpatient and detoxification Levels of Care as clinically appropriate
· Individualized Treatment Planning
· Individual Counseling
· Group Counseling
· Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
· Urinalysis Drug/Alcohol Screening
· Family Counseling and Education
· Continuing Care Planning and Placement
· Medication assisted recovery support- Buprenorphine (suboxone) and extended release Naltrexone (Vivitrol)
are available at Southwest Baltimore and the Westminster programs

Funding sources include Government contracts, Medical Assistance, Private insurance and flexible payment plans.
