

Mountain Manor Treatment Centers provides a full continuum of adolescent and young adult substance abuse, dual diagnosis and mental health services that includes:
· Substance abuse and Psychiatric Assessments
· Individual, Family and Group Counseling
· Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP/Day Hospital) – High intensity, short term 5 days per week, 6 hours per day from 3pm – 9pm. Transportation available.
· Intensive Outpatient (IOP) – The IOP program offers 3 hour evening sessions, 1-4 sessions per week based on individualized clinical need.
· Evidence based cognitive behavioral and motivational enhancement approaches.
· Standard Outpatient – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach.
· Specialty Care for Opioid Dependence – Specialty counseling, medication support including suboxone maintenance and innovative monthly blocking treatment with extended release naltrexone (Vivitrol)
· Mental health therapies provided by licensed clinicians
Health Quest is an outpatient clinic for adolescents, young adults and adults located on the grounds of the Mountain Manor at Baltimore campus. Health Quest is approved by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of Health Care Quality. Health Quest provides the full range of psychiatric evaluation, mental health therapies and medication management for patients with co-occurring disorders.
Day treatment/After school/Saturday substance abuse and mental health treatment services for adolescents – offers individual, family and group counselling, tutoring, mentoring, life skills, cultural enrichment activities, community services, anger replacement therapy and home/school interventions. The programs have an eleven-year history of proven success rates with treatment resistant DJS involved youth.
Journeys offers a full array of adolescent substance abuse and dual diagnosis outpatient treatment. A staff of skilled clinicians includes bilingual therapists who provide a multi-faceted program for youth with complex legal, socialization, substance abuse, mental health, family, school and behavioral issues. Services offered vary from two to five nights per week dependent on individual need. Well known throughout the region for highly effective programming, Journeys has provided services to County residents for sixteen years.

The Mountain Manor Westminster outpatient office now offers a full array of assessment and treatment services for adolescents. The clinical specialists in Westminster provide substance abuse evaluation, assessment, drug education, and drug screening. The spectrum of evidence based treatment services provided includes standard outpatient and intensive outpatient care, individual, group and family counseling.
