Admissions

Mountain Manor Treatment Center admission team members are available around the clock to help determine whether you or a loved one may be in need of professional help. They will work with you to schedule an assessment or an admission, as clinically appropriate, at your convenience.

Inpatient (residential) admissions for Adults (age 21 or over), Young Adults (18 through 24) and Adolescents (13 through 18) can be arranged any time of day, 7 days a week. Admissions are arranged after a clinical determination that the inpatient level of care is appropriate, along with approval from the insurance provider or state/county agency funding personnel.

Assessments

Mountain Manor’s assessment team members are qualified professionals who will help determine what level of care is needed – detoxification, residential (inpatient), intensive outpatient, day treatment or outpatient – as well as special clinical services that may be required, for example, psychiatric assessment, dual diagnosis treatment for co-occurring disorders, or opioid specialty treatment. The clinical team member will gather important information regarding the individual’s history of substance use and other problems from the individual and his/her family members are part of the evaluation process.

Mountain Manor clinicians utilize the nationally accepted evaluation and treatment criteria – the American Society of Addiction Medicine Patient Placement Criteria (ASAM-PPC) to determine the appropriate level of service and care.

Mountain Manor Treatment Center staff members work with the patient and family to determine all funding resources available for the level of clinical care required. Mountain Manor accepts most forms of private insurance, Medicaid (Medical Assistance), Primary Adult Care (PAC) and various State and County funding resources. A sliding fee scale is offered to those in need.
